美国耶鲁大学法学院蔡中曾中国研究中心研究员

Fellow at Yale Law School’s Paul Tsai China Center

研究方向是新兴科技 ( 尤其是人工智能 ) 的管理和中美关系。在 2018 年 7 月加入该中心之前，他曾在微软工作。他毕业于哥伦比亚大学法学院。读法学院之前，他曾加入“美丽中国”执教项目在云南临沧市云县忙怀乡中学教授英语课程。

Works on the regulation of emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, and U.S.-China relations. Before joining the Center in July 2018, he worked for Microsoft. He graduated from Columbia Law School. Prior to law school, he was a Teaching Fellow in Manghuai Township in Yunnan with Teach for China.
